Representative James moved and asked unanimous consent that the                                     
House consider the Senate message (page 3831) on the following at

    CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 525(FIN) am                                                               
    "An Act relating to the issuance of general obligation bonds for                                
    the purpose of paying the cost of deferred maintenance of public                                
    facilities; and providing for an effective date."

           SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 525(FIN) am S                                       
    "An Act providing for and relating to the issuance of state                                     
    guaranteed transportation revenue anticipation bonds in a principal                             
    amount of not more than $102,805,000 for the purpose of paying                                  
    the cost of transportation projects that qualify for federal highway                            
    aid and the allocation of those bond proceeds; relating to the                                  
    issuance of general obligation bonds in a principal amount of not                               
    more than $123,914,500 for the purpose of paying the cost of state                              
    transportation projects; and providing for an effective date."

Representative James moved that the House concur in the Senate                                      
amendment to CSHB 525(FIN) am, thus adopting SCS CSHB
525(FIN) am S, and recommended that the members vote yes.                                           
                                                                                                    
                                                                                                    
Representative Croft placed a call of the House.
